Vargas Island Marine Debris Clean Up

Join us for the annual Vargas Island Marine Debris Cleanup! This event is a collaborative effort between BC Marine Trails, the Pacific Rim Surfrider, and the Ahousaht Outdoor Education School to clean up marine debris from the beaches and shorelines of Vargas Island.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the environment, learn about marine conservation, and connect with other passionate individuals. The event will take place from May 21-25, 2024 — volunteers must join for all 5 days.
