Elections, updates, what’s ahead, and how to get involved

We are excited to announce that our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on November 29th, 2025, at 11 AM, on Zoom. RSVP below. 

At the AGM, we will hold elections, share important updates, outline what’s coming next for BC Marine Trails, and discuss how you can get involved in our upcoming initiatives. Following the AGM, hear from Connor McCracken, author of the newly released Átl’ḵa7tsem / Howe Sound book. Through stunning imagery and lived experience, Connor will bring the spirit of Howe Sound to life. Connor is generously donation a portion of book sales to BCMT.

BC Marine Trails is seeking additional board members, to be voted in at our November 29th AGM (2025). In particular, we are seeking individuals with skills in any and all of the following:

  • Finance / accounting
  • Fundraising / donor acquisition / donor stewardship
  • Database management
  • GIS / geomatics

Please note that we are a working board, with an expected time commitment of approximately 4–5 hours per month in addition to regular board meetings. To put your name forward to join our 12-person board, please reach out to president@bcmarinetrails.org, including your skillset / interest areas.
