The BCMTNA is celebrating the grand opening of the Salish Sea Marine Trail Sept. 16-17 at Newcastle Island. Join us Friday night, Sept. 15 in the group campsites on Newcastle Island to be here in time for the events starting Saturday morning and running throughout the day, including the grand opening ceremonies featuring a goup paddle converging on Newcastle Island on the Saturday afternoon. Other events include a race around Newcastle Island and ongoing workshops, guest speakers, games and special attractions. Don't miss this once-in-a-marine-trail-lifetime event!
