Landing Comments:
Sheltered coves on either side of promontory. Easy silty, muddy clam bed on W side. Easier but longer carry at low water. Cobbles, rock, sand in E cove.
Camp Comments:
Semi-developed in small clearings in 2 upland areas – at promontory neck or in forest behind boat wreck along short trail.
Other Comments:
Attractive. Staging for local channels. Old roadbed beyond wreck reported hazardous in places. Lake 500 m N on road network.
