Central Coast Region

Introduction

The Central Coast is one of six regions as defined by the BC Marine Trails Network Association. The Central Coast Region is comprised of the following paddling areas: Bella Bella, Bella Coola, Calvert Hakai, Cape Caution, Fitz Hugh Sound, Milbanke Sound, Ocean Falls, Queens Sound, Smith Sound and Spiller Roscoe

Paddling Experiences

We do not have a specific paddling experiences page (yet) for the Central Coast. However, Denis Dwyer's journal "Shearwater to Prince Rupert: One Solo Paddler's Route" covers many of the paddling areas in the map above.

Using the Trails: Paddling Resources

Please visit our paddling resources page to help you plan your trip to the Central Coast.
