BC Marine Trails: Preserving BC coastal access for small craft users.

Registration for this for this event at the end of June is now closed, but planning for more cleanups in 2019 is in progress. Watch this space!

Have you ever wanted to kayak on the Magnificent West Coast of Vancouver Island and venture to remote places like the South Brooks Peninsula and the Bunsby Islands?

Do you love the earth and want to be part of a movement that clears our beaches of plastic and other debris?

How would you like to be on a trip that takes you to some of the most remote beaches on Vancouver Island with other experienced paddlers?

From June 23rd to June 29th BC Marine Trails will be journeying to the Northwest coast of Vancouver Island. We will travel by water taxi from Fair Harbour to the Bunsby Islands and South Brooks area. We will be exploring the region by kayak, dependent on weather conditions, camping and cleaning beaches, and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow paddlers. It’s hard work but it’s so worthwhile and a lot of fun. We will return to Fair Harbour by water taxi.

If you are ready to participate in this unique experience, please contact our volunteer coordinator Karen at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Please note registration is now closed. More details can be found here.
